Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed

5. Important Delivery Notice

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct delivery region during checkout
If an incorrect delivery region is selected, Aurabelle Perfumes reserves the right to request additional delivery charges before dispatch
Orders may be delayed if the selected delivery region does not match the actual delivery location

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

A tracking link or delivery update may be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS
Customers can track their shipment through the assigned delivery partner when available

7. Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details during checkout
Aurabelle Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply

8. Delays & Exceptions

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
