Our Commitment

At Aurabelle, every order is handled with care and every product is verified for authenticity before it reaches you. We want you to love what you receive, and we are always here to help if something goes wrong.

Unopened Products

We accept returns on unopened products in their original condition and original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be completely unopened and unused
  • The original box and packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact us on Instagram at @aurabelle.qa within 7 days of receiving your order.

Opened Products

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances under any circumstances. This applies to all products across our entire catalogue without exception.

This policy exists to protect every customer, just as we guarantee that we will never sell you a fragrance that has been opened or used by someone else, we apply the same standard to all returns.

This is also consistent with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, which exempts cosmetics and personal care products from return obligations once opened.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, including a damaged bottle, faulty spray mechanism, leaking cap, or damaged seal, we will exchange it within 24 hours of you notifying us.

To report a defect:

  • Contact us on Instagram at @aurabelle.qa immediately upon receipt
  • Share clear photos or a video of the defect
  • Our team will arrange an exchange or resolution as quickly as possible

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery handling, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess each case individually and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Fragrance preference is personal, we are unable to offer exchanges based on personal taste or scent preference after opening
  • We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, notes, and accords before purchasing
